Landscape and garden design is a melding of many different disciplines. It is far more than just the placement of plants, pathways, arbors, and other landscape objects. It is both art and architecture mixed with horticulture. A good landscape design is balanced between space, light, shadow, soils, drainage, texture, color, and time. It guides us through a landscape both physically through pathways and visually by what our eyes are drawn to. Our goal is to provide a well thought out, well balanced landscape design that provides our clients with the space they require, as well as the aesthetic beauty that creates the environment we want to live in.
